Real Estate: Days (180g) Vinyl LP｜ Other Products

Sophomore studio album from Ridgewood, New Jersey's Real Estate. Days was originally recorded in 2011 and found the band further refining the gently jangling sound of their eponymous debut. The music comes off as subtle and unassuming at first, but the band's seemingly effortless approach glosses over the complexity of their material. Layers of guitar and understated rhythms set the tone for Martin Courtney's stirring scenes of suburban life. Matt Mondanile's guitar adds color and texture that seems to fall in just the right places. Ten tracks in all. Released by Domino on 180 gram vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with a digital download.
