Supergay Fire Island Dry Gin is a bold, unfiltered New York gin from Supergay Spirits, hand-bottled and made on an organic corn base with eleven botanicals, including wild kelp hand-harvested from the shores of Fire Island. Juniper is joined by elderflower, chamomile, finger limes, orange, pink peppercorn, Tasmanian pepper berry, coriander, lime peel and orris root, and it is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) with no additives. The nose opens with bright citrus and florals layered with soft chamomile and elderflower; the palate brings vibrant lime and orange peel, gentle pepper spice and a saline minerality from the kelp; and the finish is long and balanced with lingering floral sweetness and a whisper of ocean breeze. It makes a beautiful G&T with a grapefruit twist, a coastal Martini, or a Bee's Knees. A proudly queer-owned brand and a genuinely good gin.Buy Supergay Fire Island Dry Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
