MB Roland Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey comes from MB Roland Distillery in Pembroke, Kentucky, the farm distillery founded by Paul and Merry Beth Tomaszewski that became the first craft member of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour. MB Roland grows and sources its corn locally and distills in small batches on the farm, and this straight corn whiskey is the purest expression of that grain: a corn-dominant mash, aged in oak long enough to earn the straight designation, and bottled to show off the sweetness of Kentucky corn.MB Roland describes the rich aroma of golden corn with subtle oak sweetness, and a palate of caramel, vanilla and honey with a smooth, velvety texture and a long finish. Corn whiskey is lighter and sweeter than bourbon because it is aged in used or uncharred barrels, and this one drinks like a soft, honeyed cousin of bourbon. It is an easy sipper over ice and a great base for a whiskey lemonade or a corn-whiskey Old Fashioned. A true taste of western Kentucky terroir from one of the state's most authentic small distilleries.Buy MB Roland Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey online with fast shipping right to your door.
