Joseph Cartron Violette Liqueur is a 700ml, 20% ABV violet liqueur from Joseph Cartron, the family house founded in 1882 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. Essential oils extracted from hand-picked violet petals are evaporated into an aromatic paste, diluted in alcohol and distilled under low pressure in a small copper alembic to create a "violet absolute," which is blended with neutral sugar beet spirit and sweetened to 100 grams of sugar per liter. The fragrance evokes fresh violets without overpowering, striking a delicate balance that makes it an ideal supporting player. It is the classic ingredient for an Aviation or Blue Moon, and it adds a floral lift to gin sours and champagne cocktails.Buy Joseph Cartron Violette Liqueur online with fast shipping right to your door.
